Can't Login to Ultimate Team

Question

Hello there!I hope you can help me. Just before TOTS and the new season starts, i can't login to the Ultimate Team. The game first&nbsp; says "Unable to save Personal Settings 1". When I Press "Retry", the message appears again. If I press "Cancel" or "continue without saving", it says "You need to activate a profile to be able to save or load your content. Please Go to the FC25-Profile Screen to activate a profile. You cannot do this inside of a game mode.". If I then choose a profile, the message "Unable to save Personal Settings 1" and so on. I eben thought about reinstalling the game bit I fear that I will then lose all successes/data.Thank you very, very much in advance for your help.Have a great TOTS-season!#login #problem #profile&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hey vonBeltis​ Since you play on Xbox, please make sure to log out from any other profiles currently signed in on your console and then reboot it. You can also switch it off and unplug it for 2 min to clear the cache. Give it another try and see how that goes.

Dear EA_Pulsar​,thank you for your advice! Unfortunately, it didn't work. Everything stayed the same.Do you know any other possible solutions?Can I delete the game and reinstall it without losing data?
