Cant Login to upload game

Hi! On my PS5 I can't change my email or cell phone to access my EA account... this makes me unable to access template updates. I need to change the mail or to be able to receive the code in the mail that appears on the screen (I have been trying for weeks and I do not receive the code). Thanks
