Can't redeem 75+ x25 Rare Gold Players Pack

Kicks me out of store, error message saying: "There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later." I can't open any packs because the game tries to get me to manage this item first but the kicking out is an infinite repeat. I tried leaving Ultimate Team and reentering, I tried exiting the game and restarting. The same thing happens over and over.

    Pack bought on console
