Can't submit SBC

Whenever I try to submit an SBC, I get the error 'There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try Again ' and then I get kicked out of Ultimate Team. It’s been happening for several hours. I’ve tried clearing cache, restarting, disabling IPv6, and more, but it still happens. I tried to go on the Web Companion App and submitting a SBC worked on there but not on the game, I play on PC.
