Career mode: any buttons stop working

Happens while playing the career mode and the key moments of the match. 
When it comes to penalties during key moments of the match - buttons stop working and you need to reopen the game to replay the key moments again... In case it will come to penalties once again - you need to repeat AGAIN. 

Fix please.
