Career Mode keeps crashing

Career Mode keeps crashing
Hey, I’m having an issue with Career Mode — starting from season 3, the game crashes every time and it’s super frustrating.
Anyone else dealing with this or know a fix?
I’m playing on Xbox Series S, by the way.
