Challenge mode, gems issue, not able to claim all the gems

So whenever I am playing the new neon challenge mode, I were supposed to get 3700 gems for winning the challenge, but I got only 700 remaining gems I did not get,pls ea fix this issue I also faced this error many times like in first ramadan challenge mode, like in code: neon challenge mode the second match was supposed to get 2000 gems but I only got 200 gems
