Champs objective and game glitch

I was getting into a match in champs finals and i was also doing the play 15 champs finals objective for the player pick, when i chose my kit and advances the screen became black for 5 minutes so i open and closed the game and it was made as a DNF and it didn’t go through into the play 15.
