Checking account status

Hi all

Hoping someone can help!

I have recently upgraded to the Ultimate Game pass on my Xbox, since doing this I can't access any only games on FC25. Message " checking account status" and then proceeds to give me no option to upgrade my game pass - this is frustrating because i have the ultimate pass. 

 

Can anybody help me??

    Im also having the exact same issue. I upgraded to Xbox ultimate a couple of days ango and am not able to play any online games in eafc 25. I have logged in and out of my Xbox and EA account and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still not working. Totally unacceptable considering I have upgraded to ultimate with ea play. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    I've been trying for 3 days. Whenever i try messaging the ea or xbox bots they end up telling me to restart my router etc. It's nothing to do with that! I'm so frustrated with it

    I have the same issue, I can play in the cloud game but not on my disc installed game. I even bought another game pass but the checking account screen keeps appearing. now it only says to go back...
