Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment

I have had the same problem for 3 days now and get the same error msg when I try login to ultimate team  "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu."

I have a wired connection and my internet is working normally for other apps on the ps5, on my phone/computer, and the EA page says my connection is great. I have restarted and unplugged/replugged the modem, uninstalled and reinstalled FC25, and updated ps5 software. Still the same error as above when trying to enter ultimate team.
