Connection lag spikes during games.

Please find the screenshot of the Quality report. I used to play FC25 online normally without any issues with friends. But few weeks back, I started getting this annoying speed lag where the game paus every 5 seconds and then speed which makes it unplayable. I am playing all other online games without any issued and my internet connection is excellent, I don't know why it shows poor in the Quality report ? I am playing on PS5 and I repeat that there was no issues before.

It's not that the servers don't like your connection. There's most likely an issue with it since the other connection works fine. 

That test doesn't look too bad. However, normally, anything under 99 is going to have problems. Can you get the match history also? That is on the left side of the Connection Quality Report. It details the connection for each match. Thanks!

i have the same problem its been way worse in this 2 weeks, my game also freezes for 30 seconds then the game kicks me to main menu while im in game. 2 weeks ago the would freeze for 20-30 seconds then speed up and i was able to continue play with lags. the game is unplayable at this point.

Here it is. 

The issue is, as i said in the previous message, that the lag happens during online game and only for fc25, since I play other game.

It's worth noting that I have another provider in another house which I play in, and in that case no lag is visualized.

So I guess fc25 servers don't like my "first" connection?
