Controller not working in Online Mode

My controller doesn't work in online multiplayer mode. It works fine in the kick off or any other mode but the multiplayer mode is nightmare. I have got the FC25 from EA App. I have tried the steam controller disable method, run as administrator method, driver update method, everything but no solution to the issue.

I don't know how to resolve this problem if anyone knows the solution to this problem please help. It's really frustrating that i own the game but can't get the support from the technical team.
