Controller wont work in pro clubs (only)

Hello i really need help so im trying to play pro clubs with my friends but my game works in pro clubs menu and everything but once i enter the game it stops working then i try to hop on keyboard and mouse and it wont work either there and i play on pc i actually need help fixing this please guys i really do cause i bought a controller today and i dont want the money to go to waste.
