Critical Error in Manager Career Mode — EA FC 25 crashes and prevents progress

Problem Description:

Since last Thursday (it has been four days now — today is Monday), I have been facing a critical error in EA FC 25 within the Manager Career Mode.

The game crashes (closes by itself) unexpectedly on a specific date in the career calendar, making it impossible to progress any further.

Regardless of any action I take — changing tactics, adjusting the lineup, simulating matches, or trying to manually advance — the game always crashes at the same point, completely halting the career progress.

I want to highlight that this issue is not isolated to a single career file. Even starting a new career from scratch leads to the same problem — meaning it is a general issue with the Manager Career Mode, not related to save corruption or particular choices within the career.

After researching in forums and on social media, I can confirm that many other players are also experiencing this same issue, suggesting it is a broader, structural problem in the current version of the game.

I kindly ask EA to prioritize the investigation and resolution of this issue, as the Career Mode has become unplayable under these conditions. This bug severely impacts the experience of players who bought the game mainly to enjoy this mode and currently makes it impossible to continue any career.
