Delay in the input of keys pressed on the controller and lag in the menus (PS5)

Since I bought the game and downloaded it, it has never been 'smooth.' I don’t know why or what is causing it (I don’t think it’s the connection), but it has always shown frame lag in the menus, even offline, and consequently in Ultimate Team when I swap players in the squad and in the draft. In general, there is a strong delay when I press buttons in the menu, and sometimes it doesn’t even register the command, so I have to press it multiple times.. It's really stressful, especially knowing that the game runs perfectly on other PS5s as it should, and for no reason at all on mine. Please let me know if anyone has encountered this problem or has resolved it, thank you.
