Did not receive my fc 25 icon pick from fc26 preorder

I haven’t received my icon pick from my fc26 preorder even tho I bought the pre order over a week before the cut off for the fc25 icon pick anyone else have this issue ?

Hey venegas2010​. Please try restarting your console. Additionally, log out and then sign back into your PSN account to help synchronise your account.
