Didn't get my fifa points

Hi EA . I just bought a tenner of fifa points but it's Been about 10 hours and I haven't got them. I saved up 500k for the next season pass but bought some points so I could gamble my coins on a pack. I did not get my points so now I can't get the next season pass.

Please see this I'm actually really mad
