directx function getdeviceremovedreason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung

Just got a new PC, was so excited to play EA25 with nice new graphics. This error is all I get. I even called the PC company who I paid to have help with problems. As it was just this game, they refused to help me. I tried to find a EA UK number. Does not exist. I tried to access the chat feature. Did not work. I have a new PC that cant even play FC25 and no one can help or has any idea how to actually fix this. Why is it just this game?  Why not tell me what the problem is or what is clashing so I can fix it? I have spent days watching videos and trying to tweak things with my Nvidia control panel and game for absolutely no results. 

I love this game and I love football but this is just so unfair.
