DirectX function, problem crashing everytime tried launching

I tried to launch the game, and after it launched, this message appeared. I have tried everything, including installing the latest driver. I may have adjusted something from the NVIDIA Control Panel or the NVIDIA Software, but I don't think it would be this bad. The messages were; 

DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED ("You tried to use a resource to which you did not have the required access privileges"). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650", Driver: 57247. This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing: try installing the latest drivers.
