DISABLED MAIL ADRESS

I opened a case on EA Help but they didn't answer me. I wrote that I've got "Please reset your password" loob. Now I found out my account was connected with a disabled gmail: fd*****@disabled.ea.com ...

    Please create another case. And make sure you do not resume it. That will pull the case from the queue and cause a delay. Make sure you open the case and wait for a response.

Hey there. You'll need to open a case with an advisor to get assistance with this. It may take a day or 2 to respond though. Cases can be opened by following the steps here.

    Hey! I already did it but EA didn't answer me. I opened a case 3 or 4 days ago.
