Disconnected from clubs

Hi guys,

 

I'm struggling to find EA sports live chat, and I've been redirected that many times I'm having to use this.

 

Basically I'm playing Clubs on EAFC25 with PS5Pro and at the end of the full time whistle I get disconnected and returned back to the main menu ( main loading screen with all the game features options ) 

 

I spoke with an expert who advised me that I should contact EA sports chat.

 

Can anyway help resolve this issue with clubs?

    If that's the reason this is happening, it should return to normal within 24 hours.

    Hey EA, im having the exact same issue. I dont quit games. My home connection is perfect and has been recycled. Ps5 platform. This same issue happened at the last patch/season change update. When will the problem be fixed on EAs end? This is an EA server issue!!!!

    Same issue here. Disconnected to the main menu after every Clubs match.

    please dont suggest anything for me to personally do on my pc as this is most definitely an issue on ea's side nothing has changed except the games patch

    every menu loads very slow now & cant connect to clubs at all disconnect from servers error, seeing ppl complain on steam and reddit also

    no issue w my pc or connection i have consistent 1gbps 1 digit ping

    Some games in rush in clubs are okay but most just crash at the end (after the screen that shows your team and their scores) which means I can’t get any xp.

    It's working for me. What happens when you try to view it? Regardless, I have found out this doesn't apply to Pro Clubs. So, we should go through some connection troubleshooting. Have you tried the steps here?
