I get disconnected at any time, actually. It happens mid-match, but it also seems to happen when the game tries to make any request to servers, like selecting a player to get into a Rush match, navigating through menus, confirming team to get into a match, selecting cards to include in any SBC, or while sending the solution... Of course, I do not know the flows the game runs, but that is what it looks like.
It is a nightmare not only getting into a match, but also navigating through menus. Completely impossible to play.
Community ManagerI'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!

Please, find attached the screenshots.
Sad that the match history does not show the attempts of entering into a match, it just shows disconnections. But if you see the gap between april 22nd 11:20h UTC and 13:04h UTC, I was that whole time navigating through menus and trying to join Rush matches, getting constantly disconnected from EA Servers (I have to reconnect to EA Servers every time, but I do not lose connection to PSN Servers).
As you can see on the latest match history records, it is impossible to complete a Division Rivals match.
