Disconnecting before matches

I played rivals and was in division 2 and in 5 matches the game disconnected and kick me out from ultimate team and when I got back I saw that I lost a game every time.

i was almost at the half way and now suddenly I relegated to division 3 although that I won games in division 2 how is this possible? According to your roles when you not lose the first game in division 2 you keep the spot so now the rules changes?
