DNF when my screen went black on champs and cant complete Champions legacy

Hi ea my i very angry at the lack of care you take 

i was in the middle of a  game on fut champs then my screen went black and it froze for 20 minutes then I restarted my console it says i did not finish the game and i can not complete the Champions Legacy objective because it wont let me play 15 games if you can compensate me i would like that
