EA Cloud Profile Settings Corruption - FC 25 (Escalation Request)

FC 25 - EA Cloud Profile Settings Corruption

Hello,

I have been dealing with a persistent technical issue in FC 25 that several EA Advisors have not been able to resolve on live chat.

The problem is very specific and relates to my EA Cloud Profile Settings being corrupted. Here are all the details:

My players do not sprint properly.

Players do not make proper runs.

Short passes do not respond correctly.

There are input conflicts with button controls.

This problem ONLY happens on my EA Account.
I tested the same console, same controller, same internet connection, but using a friend’s EA Account — and the game works perfectly there.
Therefore, the issue is not hardware related; it is specific to my EA Cloud Save Profile Settings.

Troubleshooting steps I have already completed:

Fully reinstalled the game multiple times.

Deleted all local save data on PS5.

Disabled PS5 Cloud Save Sync.

Rebuilt PS5 database (Safe Mode).

Cleared PS5 System Software Cache.

Reset all controller and game settings manually to default.

Tested multiple controllers.

The issue persists, meaning that my EA Cloud Profile Settings for FC 25 are corrupted.

Request:

I am requesting that my case be escalated internally to a Tier 2 Technical Specialist or Senior Advisor who can access Player Profile Manager to reset my FC 25 Cloud Profile Data.

I do NOT request any changes to my FUT club, players, coins, or account progress — only a reset of my Profile Settings, Controller Settings, and Input Mapping data stored in EA Cloud.

Thank you for reviewing my case and for helping escalate this issue to the correct internal EA team.

  • Mám naprosto stejný problém.

    PS5, vše připojené kabelem, 1000/1000Mbit optické připojení, Několik přeinstalací PS5 a všechny výše zmíněné rady

    ping 10-20ms

    testoval jsem jiné PS5, jiné ovládače, jiný monitor i TV, připojení v jiném městě v jiné síti

    Někdy se stane, že hra běží hladce, ale to spíše výjimečně. Občas je rozdíl v soutěžním režimu (Champs je špatný skoro vždy, ale další zápas v Rivals běží hladce). Většinou, když je špatný Champs/Rivals, tak je špatný i Sqad balttels.

    Někde je prostě něco špatně a není to hardware a ani připojení.

    Thank you for your reply.

    This is exactly the same issue I am having.

    I have already tested multiple PS5 consoles, controllers, different locations, different internet providers, wired connection, factory resets, reinstallations, local saves deletion, and manual controller settings resets.

    The issue only affects my EA Account — not my hardware or connection — and persists across different devices and networks.

    We need EA to escalate this to Technical Specialists to review our EA Cloud Profile Settings, as the problem is very likely related to corrupted cloud data, not our hardware.

    Hopefully, EA Staff will review these multiple reports and escalate accordingly.
