Hello,
I have been dealing with a persistent technical issue in FC 25 that several EA Advisors have not been able to resolve on live chat.
The problem is very specific and relates to my EA Cloud Profile Settings being corrupted. Here are all the details:
My players do not sprint properly.
Players do not make proper runs.
Short passes do not respond correctly.
There are input conflicts with button controls.
This problem ONLY happens on my EA Account.
I tested the same console, same controller, same internet connection, but using a friend’s EA Account — and the game works perfectly there.
Therefore, the issue is not hardware related; it is specific to my EA Cloud Save Profile Settings.
Troubleshooting steps I have already completed:
Fully reinstalled the game multiple times.
Deleted all local save data on PS5.
Disabled PS5 Cloud Save Sync.
Rebuilt PS5 database (Safe Mode).
Cleared PS5 System Software Cache.
Reset all controller and game settings manually to default.
Tested multiple controllers.
The issue persists, meaning that my EA Cloud Profile Settings for FC 25 are corrupted.
Request:
I am requesting that my case be escalated internally to a Tier 2 Technical Specialist or Senior Advisor who can access Player Profile Manager to reset my FC 25 Cloud Profile Data.
I do NOT request any changes to my FUT club, players, coins, or account progress — only a reset of my Profile Settings, Controller Settings, and Input Mapping data stored in EA Cloud.
