EA FC 25 controls not working in online mode for days

I've been playing this game since 1998, and I've never seen such nonsense.

After the latest updates, the custom game controls I set up no longer work properly in Online modes. Neither the keyboard nor the gamepad works.

At first, I waited, hoping a new update would fix it. When that didn’t happen, I reported the issue via EA App. Still no solution. Then I posted about the problem on the forums. Not a single official response. What kind of nonsense is this?

I deleted my game profile, tried the repair button, and even completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing worked. You made an EA Help chatbot, but it understands nothing. There’s no response to the bug report I submitted either. Do you not take your job seriously, or do you just not care about your customers?
