On opening the app, while loading, i get the error attached
DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason"
DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_RESET
all troubleshootings done, windows update, graphic card and driver update, direcX newly installed.
PC is not overclocked andf I have only 1 pgraphic card Intel Iris Xe
Other games (not EA) working well
EA FC 25 bought yesterday and cannot play-

Ea fc 25 is probably the reason behind multiple high blood pressure patients. This game is becoming unplayable and * day by day. this is not a rant this is a serious concern. Please fix your game asap orelse you'll soon die out. same issue coming over and over again for me too.

Yo tambien lo compre hace poco y busque todos los tipos de solucion y no me deja jugarlo. pobre el fifa 23 y si me deja jugarlo con normalidad pero este me sale este error
A mi me sucede lo mismo, y pobre todo tipo de solucion que encontre actualize la grafica que es una 6800xt y procesador 5600x y no me funciona realmente necesito ayuda hace poco compre el juego y no lo puedo disfrutar me frusta mucho.
me pasa lo mismo bro pudiste solucionarlo?

don't bother, you are not alone in this recently so it's as always on EA side of things.. their bots as always reply with "it's your problem, fix your PC" (no way it's humans trained to always answer same stuff that it's never EA problem).. just wait for the next update, till then keep getting these random DirectX Error crashes..
