ea fc 25 I can't log into ultimate team

The game does not enter Ultimate Team. It says Ultimate Team cannot connect at the moment.

I FINISHED ALL THE SEASONAL ULTIMATE TEAM QUESTS AND I SHOULD HAVE MY SEASONAL TRACK COMPLETE BUT IT SAID SP CAP REACHED I CAME BACK AFTER 48H AND THERE IS NOTHING WHERE ARE MY SP POINTS!!!!!?????
