EA fc 25 mobile APP

Good morning, the EA FC 25 mobile APP had a problem yesterday in my account. Has i was doing some up +83 x14 upgrade i selected increasing and “no active players on my squad” and the mobile App Took players on my active squad and most of then sbcs like bale and essien cards that i cant have back, i ask help on the chat and nobody really care
