fc25 and fc24 do not open open even after, clearing app cache, reinstalling the anticheat, repairing the ac, reinstalling fc25, running as admin and enabling compatibility mode

My remaining SP points vanished
I FINISHED ALL THE SEASONAL ULTIMATE TEAM QUESTS AND I SHOULD HAVE MY SEASONAL TRACK COMPLETE BUT IT SAID SP CAP REACHED I CAME BACK AFTER 48H AND THERE IS NOTHING WHERE ARE MY SP POINTS!!!!!?????
