Wireless connections are unstable and will experience disconnects and lag.
This is not necessarily true. There are many factors at play, and it is common knowledge that EA's servers & connection management are pretty **bleep** poor. Note that he can play many other online games without issue. Why is it only your game would have these problems? I think it's time you guys stop just blaming people & their networks and started looking into your technical debt. Otherwise, things will only get worse.
