EA Servers are unavailable right now

When I try to log in to the game, I get the error "EA Servers are unavailable right now". I've been trying to log in for an entire day, but I haven't been able to do so. This error appears either immediately or after I log in to Ultimate Team. After playing for 2 minutes, the error reappears. Please help me resolve this issue.
