Hi, I have a problem with kick off mode, profile and stats don't sync and when I try to connect to the server nothing happens. Ultimate Team and other online features works perfect. I saw a similar error on the forum, but then the problem was in FIFA 23. No, maybe this will fix after the global relese
It's very irritating when you pay so much for a game and it doesn't work.
I hope they fix it soon because reinstalling doesn't help. looks like they need to do something about it

Yep same issue since buying it last week. Unable to link. Kick Off Mode not syncing Profile. Just get Player 1 and 2 is the only choice. Every year you can link to your PS account so you can keep all stats against friends etc.

Does say ‘connect online’ at the bottom right I do that and nothing happens.
Rest of the game is working fine online etc. As mentioned from the previous post it happened last Sep too.

Which mode has this happened in? Kick off
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Select Kick Off, select Classic Match or any game mode, it will show your Kick Off Name as Player1 and gives you no option to change it or connect it to with your online profile.
What happens when the bug occurs? Because it never gives me the option to connect my Kick Off Name to my online profile - every time I turn my console off it completely clears my Win/Draw/Loss record as well as my stats.
What should be happening instead? The game should be able to keep track of my stats and allow me to edit and connect my Kick Off Name to my online profile.

Also I noticed some players do not have their updated jersey numbers, for example Lois Openda should be #11 for RB Leipzig and Xavi Simons should be #10 now, also for RB Leipzig.
