eafc25 keeps crashing ps5

when i go on to evolutions the game keeps crashing and when i play one game an go into the second one my game also crashes . it also take way longer to load in to ultimate team now and to connect to ea servers .  my brother recently added another  account to the ps5  an which had an ultimate team on it we have deleted that account now  pls help
