Evolution bug

I went on to check my evolution called “Strategic Shift” and when I previewed the player in the evolution, my game crashed and it applied the evolution to that player. I wasn’t intending to use it on said player so I’m wondering if there is any way I can get it back to use on a player of my choosing?
