Evolution "TOTS+" disappeared after I started it.

I started the TOTS+ cosmetic evolution on a player, but the Evo never started. When I went to do it again, it wasn't there anymore as if I had already started it, but the player wasn't an active EVO, and my coins were also deducted as if I had purchased it. This was three days ago and nothing changed. What do I do?
