Fc 25 connection problems

Hello. I apologize if I didn't post where I should have! I've had this problem for a few days: I enter the game and after a few minutes of playing, the image freezes and I'm out of the game. Then it seems like I don't have a signal and I'm out of the online game. What's going on? My internet is fine, I checked.Thanks. maybe someone can help me!

Hi there. We'll go through some troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
