Fc 25 crashing on half time or during the game on career mode

Hello after spending 70 euros for fc 25 on pc i had various problems firstly it didn't load it crashed on fhe loading screen i managed to fix it( uninstall and install anticheat again running the game as an administrator).After that i encountered another problem. The game was fine but after like 5-10 minutes from the launch i always crashed my whole pc , unluckily for me i not a single solution that i show online worked for me so i was forced to reset my ssd driver. After that the game was running fine but overtime it kept freezing and crashing my pc. Now the biggest problem i have is that i play the first half of the game fine and once its half time i press resume game and it crashes my pc. I dont know what to do please ea fix it . do you guys have to suggest anything for that? Thank you

    Platform playing on: PS5
    Mode it occurs in: Career Mode (every game, doesn't matter if you play or simuate)
    PC specs if on PC: PS5
    Any error message: Game just crashes, you can't do anything
    Where game is installed: PS5

    @iDGiYT omg this all happened to me in fc24 as well.. i had constant cutscene crashes.. then after fc25 came out i played fc24 again and it didn't crash. got fc25 it worked fine for a couple weeks... then just like fc24 it had like a 75% time to crash during any cutscene such as a score, out of bounds or player face time at the start of the match.

    @EA_Darko Can you refer me to a real customer support please?

    I can't play the game i purchased and i've not be able to play it for one month now. It's not acceptable, PLEASE put yourself in my shoes. That's not acceptable.

    What should I do?

    @EA_Darko @EA_Pulsar if it can help, i could play the game until a month ago. Then something happened and it was over. 

    I even formatted my pc. I'm up to date with every driver and every windows update. 

    PLEASE at least hear us! Aknowledge the problem, do something beyond telling us "have you tried using the performing gpu?" 

    Please, please, please. I HATE WASTING MONEY for c's sake

    @katsaridased I might just found a solution for this. My problem was , everytime i start a match in career mode it crashes my entire pc after like 7-15 minutes. All i did was change my monitor refresh rate down to 60hz ( i have a 180hz monitor ) and make sure you change your refresh rate and lock the fps to 60 in game aswell. also i lowered a few graphics settings to medium. and after that i was able to play upto 6 hours without any crashes. i hope this fixes your problem

    Still no fix?
    It keeps crashing after playing three games on career mode. It's been two months. no fix. such a trash
