FC 25 is unplayable after many attempts to fix.

I have a laptop Lenovo LOQ 15IRX9 i7-14400HX RTX 4060 (115W TDP) 16GB DDR5 RAM (5600MT/S) and a lot of free storage (SSD gen 4) this specs should run FC25 with decent performance but nooooo ...

Same, stutters started happening after the latest patch two days ago....they happen in critical moments (when I try to block the shot, make a tackle, go 1v1 with gk etc.), it almost seems like it's on purpose
