FC 25 Keeps Freezing on PC – Unable to Play Any Match

Dear EA Support Team,

I’m writing to report a persistent issue I’m experiencing with FC 25 on PC. The game keeps freezing during matches, and because of this, I haven’t been able to complete even a single game.

Here are the troubleshooting steps I’ve already taken:

• Updated my graphics drivers
• Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
• Verified the game files
• Installed the latest Windows updates

Despite trying all of the above, the issue still occurs every time I try to play. The game freezes in the middle of gameplay, and I have to close it manually.
