FC 25 lag and stuttering

Hi 
I was having a lag problem in fc 25 on my old PC it was Rtx 3050 and core i5 11 generation and then I upgraded to my current computer it is rtx 4070 and core i5 14 generation with 32 gb ram and I play on 2k ultra settings and I have sometimes in the match lag and stuttering and I did everything I reinstalled the game I played in the Nvidia app settings and in the Nvidia control panel 
I installed the latest drivers ( I think all software things I have did ) after all of this the lag and stuttering contain so anyone know what to do to fix this problem

    Try the following steps (particularly 1 + 2), thanks.

    1. Download and install all available Windows Updates
    2. Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
    3. Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
    4. Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
