Fc 25 Lagging problem

Hey guys. I have a weird problem. In my game, I have a bit lag but it is different. I have a asus rtx4060laptop. But I also have gtx 1650 laptop and destkop but I don't have a problem in those. It is only happening in asus rtx4060  laptop. I sent a link about the problem. I've changed everything. I've formatted my pc, I changed all settings even nvidia settings, I got updated my drivers. I couldn't solve it. I have 100mbps download,  20 mbps upload internet. Please help me. I cannot play this game on asus laptop.
