FC 25 Season Pass Unavailable / Web App Unavailable
so since the 5th of june when i started playing FC 25 via Xbox Cloud i havent been able to access both FC Hub Season Pass and the EA FC Web App, i have managed to get someone to sign in via a hard installed copy on the xbox and it has granted me access to the web app at least however every seasonal challenge i have done throughout season 8 has not been added to progression, my friend stated he could view my season pass etc but no rewards were ready to claim so my season XP is wasted, EA just states wait for the dev team to investigate this and keep and eye on forums and social media accounts, signing back into FC 25 via the cloud still says that the FC Hub is not available, its not even accessible via the web app which i was hoping it was, all this seems to stem from the Cloud services and how EA want you to install a hard copy to a console, at least i have access to the web app now
this kind of thing really makes me think EA have no interest in customer satisfaction anymore, never known any other Development Company take so long on an issue or causes issues regarding there season passes, even fortnite allows access to the pass and rewards on any device, installed or cloud based, and your telling me EA cant fix it, lets see if we get the seasonal XP back in time for the season to end on the 10th july
i wont get my hopes up, pathetic
