FC Game Screen Not Working

Hi, my EA Sports FC 25 Showcase Edition on PS5 loads past the connection check but freezes on the grey legal/disclaimer screen with no button prompts. The game is licensed only to my account. I’ve already cleared local data, rebuilt the PS5 database, cleared the system cache, restored licenses, and reinstalled. Please refresh or repair my FC 25 Showcase Edition entitlement and reset my cloud save/profile data — my account seems stuck during validation.
