FC HUB LEVEL STUCK
Hi EA Support,
I’m playing FC 25 PS4 edition on PS5. The FC Hub opens, but my level is stuck at 0, SP points are missing, and I can’t claim any rewards.
Please check my EA account and help fix this issue.

The same thing happened to me, I called support and they told me to wait 24 hours.
24 hours passed and nothing happened, I called them again and they said they would report my problem and wait for other people with the same problem lol
