fc missing point

I bought FC points and they didn't arrive in the game. I can't buy the season. .And next to the remainder is 1. What does this mean? I want a solution to this problem.

Hey 811iiiiii​ If it's showing "Remaining 1" under the services screen on your PlayStation account purchase history, then the points haven't been transferred, and you'll need to reach out to PlayStation support for that.
