Fc points issue

I bought fc points for 2081 rupees which is 2600 fut points I guess with my playstation wallet money in the Ps mobile app I got the payment confirmation but the points is not added to my account. Can anyone help me with this please. Thank you in advance

    Hey there. Based on the screenshot you provided, those are FC 24 points, so make sure that you claim and use your points in the FC 24 game. You won't be able to transfer those to FC 25.
