Fc points purchased but not reflected

I purchased fc points from the companion app and it's charged me but not yet reflected please check the attached screenshots.

Hi there. Try loading into the game on the device you play on to receive the points. They should then be available on the app.
Also, I removed the screenshots from your message. Please do not post private details, including purchases, on public forums.
