FC Pro gamemode access

Well, in September I before i was going to go to study abroad and not being able to play the whole year, i registered for FC Pro and reached Division 3 to come back this summer and be able to practice. I did everything, but didnt get the access to the gamemode. Contacted the support, the advisor told me that it is just a bug and i will get the access a bit later. Recently came back, logged in and I see that i still didnt get anything. Is there anyway to do something about it? Support doesnt really help with anything
