FC Web/Companion App not usable

I had a Nintendo switch account linked to my email which I deleted that I had played FC24 Ultimate team on. Now when I go to use the web/companion app. It shows that my account is stuck to Nintendo and I cannot switch to my FC25 account on PlayStation. Please help me
